A delegation of Amar Bangladesh Party (AB Party), led by its Chairman Mojibur Rahman Monju, visited the historic Dhakeshwari National Temple in Dhaka on the occasion of Sharadiya Durga Puja. The leaders exchanged festive greetings with members of the Hindu community and presented flower bouquets to the puja celebration committee leaders, delivering a message of national harmony and solidarity.

Speaking at the event, Monju highlighted his party's stance that religious practice is individual, but the state belongs to everyone equally. He lamented that certain opportunists attempt to incite discord and hatred during religious festivals. He reiterated that true faith never endorses hostility, and those attempting to divide the nation using religion are enemies of the people.

Puja Udjapan Committee President Basudeb Dhar and other senior organizers warmly welcomed the AB Party delegation and expressed gratitude for their visit. The event was also attended by Gono Forum President Advocate Subrata Chowdhury and other dignitaries. During the visit, the AB Party leaders also had a courtesy exchange with the Deputy High Commissioner of the Indian High Commission, Pawan Badhe.

Emphasizing the constitutional protection of all communities, Monju stressed that every Bangladeshi citizen must enjoy equal rights, dignity, and protection. He called upon the government and society at large to uphold communal harmony, practice tolerance, and resist any provocative actions aimed at destabilizing communal peace.
