Local residents have caught and handed over Lokman, a notorious criminal who had been spreading terror in the area, to the police. He faces at least 11 cases, including theft, robbery, assault, and drug peddling. He had been evading police arrest for a long time, and the police had also been conducting raids to capture him.
According to local sources, Lokman was involved in various criminal activities in the area. Common people were constantly in fear of him. Although multiple cases were filed against him at different times, he frequently changed locations to avoid arrest, making it difficult for the police to track him down.
On the day of the incident, some local youths became suspicious upon seeing Lokman wandering in the area. They recognized him and surrounded him from all sides.
